It seems I was brought into this world destined to explore human connection.

​

From a young age, I was always curious about how people relate.

 

From encouraging friends to share a smooch under the 'kissing coat' in primary school to advocating for healthy sexuality throughout my teens, connection has always been at the heart of my journey.
 

At 22, I founded The Lahlita Project, a community project designed to create a peer-led space where people from all walks of life - but especially younger people - could come together to talk openly about sexuality and relationships. To know they weren't alone.
 

Since 2019, I've facilitated countless workshops, courses, discussions and talks across the UK and Europe, working alongside world-renowned sexuality professionals. In 2022, I was honoured to be a finalist for the 'Pioneer of the Year' award at the Sexual Freedom Awards.
 

I am a deeply passionate human being, with my feet rooted in the earth. I feel an unshakable love for this planet as my home and a profound commitment to my role here - loving and living in alignment with the natural rhythms of existence! 

 

My sexuality is fluid, expressive and unique - just like me! And I find joy in the simple pleasures... eating fruit, feeling the sun on my skin, stretching my body, reading erotic poetry, drinking tea with friends and surrendering to the mystery that guides me onwards.

It's undeniable that we are facing a connection crisis.
 

Most people have no idea what they want or need from their relationships and intimate experiences - let alone how to express that to another.

 

We aren’t taught how to connect authentically with ourselves or others, or how to embrace the beauty and depth of our sexual energy. And I think this is something we should start getting really curious (and maybe a bit angry!) about.

How is it that something as life-giving as our sexual energy has been so distorted and shamed? 

 

We carry immense power and agency within us, at the end of the day sexuality is life force energy, it's our own creative power, our ability to really shape our lives, connections and choices based on our authentic knowing - and many of us don’t even realise it.

 

Ancient wisdom traditions understood this deeply - whether it was the Taoists, the Tantric schools of India, the Celtic Druids of Europe, or practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine. These indigenous, holistic, often earth-based systems recognised sexual energy as the seat of our power, creativity, and connection to life itself.

Centuries of religious and societal oppression have severed our connection to sexuality, leaving many feeling so ashamed of their sexuality.

 

In the world that we live in, working with sexuality is inherently radical. It offers an incredibly efficient pathway towards self-awareness through vulnerability, honesty and the illumination of our shadows and core wounds.

​

So, I create spaces where you can explore how this conditioning has shaped your ability to really know, love and accept yourself - without all the shame and judgement.

 

My mission is to support people like you to integrate their sexuality as a natural and healthy part of life - helping them to step fully into their wholeness and create relationships and life circumstances that truly align with their desires.

​

I believe that sex and intimacy education should be accessible to everyone - taking into account the nuances of sex and disability, neurodiversity, queerness, race and class.

​

I do this work because for me there is no other way - I need to part of the change happening in the world where sexuality is concerned. You could say it is my deepest calling.
